HC RAJ System Assistant Exam Pattern 2024
Exam Pattern for Written Exam-
- SECTION-A : WRITTEN TEST (100 Marks)
- SECTION-B : TYPE- WRITING TEST ON COMPUTER (80 Marks)
- SECTTON-C : PERSONAL INTERVIEW (20 Marks)

- There will be total 100 Questions in the exam.
- There will be 80 questions of computer knowledge and 20 questions of general knowledge and English.
- Each question will be of 1 Marks.
- In the exam, there will be no negative marking.
- Exam mode will be OMR based and objective type questions will be asked in the exam.

- The font for Computer Test shall be “Kruti Dev 010” for Hindi and “CALIBRI’ for English.
- Minimum Speed should be 8000 key depressions per hour on computer. Data will have to be fed in dual language, i.e. English and Hindi.
- Efficiency Test may be taken on data processing softwares. lt shall include uses of different formula’s, formatting of Test, Paragraph, Page & Table (Excel & Word) using proper methods and formatting of letters.
- The marks in the Speed Test shall be awarded as per the following formula – (20/8000) x Net Speed (in correct depressions per hour)
Personal Interview-
Candidates must have to secure minimum 45% marks in written examination and typing test. Whereas it is mandatory for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and PWD candidates to obtain minimum 40% marks. After this, candidates three times the total number of vacant posts will be called for interview. Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit of total marks obtained in written examination, typing test on computer and interview.
