Near by ration shoppers are not issuing rice. They have list of teachers with them and when visited shop for rice they are giving reason that Rice will be given only if teacher name is there in the list. When checked aadhar number in the machine available with ration shops, teacher name is shown in the machine, still they are not issuing rice, what to do ?
