UP CM have said that victims of UP-triple-talaq cases would also be taken care by the state government itself. A scheme would be formed that will help provide victims of triple talak a relief fund of INR 6000. Victim Women who does not have a home to live they will be provided with the shelter, school funds for their children , scholarship funds would also be provided through this Yojana. In matter of Yogi Triple Talaq Yojana , Yogi ji said that a total of 273 cases where identified last year. And an F.I.R. was lodged for each case. Even Chef Home minister was summoned and was asked to personally investigate the matter and Policemen who are held negligent, they should also be acted upon. CM Yogi has shared , “A new scheme should be beneficial for supporting those suffering from triple talaq and women whose husbands have left them. Till these women get justice, Rs 6,000 will be given annually by the government. ” UP CM further said,“ This Yojana is a small effort to solve the problems of women facing triple talak.
UP Triple Talaq Divorce Compensation Scheme Main Objective
- With this, CM Yogi said that for educated women, jobs will be arranged for them, so that they do not have any difficulty in making any kind of living. For this also, every kind of assistance will be given by the state government.
- The triple talaq was like a practice in the Muslim religion, which has now been abolished completely by the Supreme Court and now women can raise their voice.
- Apart from Muslim women, he also gave a big statement on the rights of Hindu women. He said that the police should also take action against a Hindu man who gets married after marrying one.
- For the triple talak victims (up UP-triple-talaq-anudan-yojana ), CM Yogi said that the government will arrange to fight his case in court.
- Because under such circumstances Muslim women are thrown out of the house and if they do not have money for their livelihood then how will they fight the case in court. Therefore, the state government will provide all help to the victim woman in the court case.

- The case of three divorce victims will also be fought free of cost by the government.
- Strict action will be taken by a Hindu person to marry another with already a wife.

- Children of such families will also get free education facility.
- Those who do not have housing will be given accommodation under the Prime Minister’s House or the Chief Minister’s Housing Scheme.
